Celebrating World Environment Day
June 5th is World Environment Day.
To honor this date, we have created a video highlighting the sustainable practices Casava has adopted to promote sustainability.

Leverage technology to digitize the insurance onboarding and management process, significantly reducing paper waste.
Encourage the adoption of renewable energy solutions through insurance protection for assets such as solar home systems.

United Way Book Event: Casava Art and Book Buddies Program
On March 21, 2024, Casava Insurance launched the inaugural Books/Art Buddies Program in partnership with United Way Greater Nigeria. This initiative aimed to empower young children aged 4 to 9 with essential knowledge and skills while fostering a love for reading and creativity. We reached over 100 students across three schools, donating storybooks by renowned novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

These captivating books enriched the students' literary experiences and showcased the power of storytelling in igniting young minds.
Astra Fellowship Program - Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow
The Astra Fellowship is a leadership program designed to prepare tech professionals, startups, and business owners in Nigeria to make a difference. Through world-class leadership, employability, and personal development training, participants gain new skills and knowledge to address complex workplace challenges. The program fosters a community of lifelong learners who support each other and share expertise.
Implemented in partnership with United Way Nigeria, the Astra Fellowship covers strategic leadership, corporate entrepreneurship, and soft skills training topics. Participants also have a chance to win grant funding to fuel their business growth.
